Responsibilities
Energy Services Commercial Operations seeks candidate to
* proactively develop recommended parts list for outages except parts engineering owns definition
* prioritize and support parts catalog activities for assigned geography
* assist application engineering when appropriate to maintain complete & accurate unit records*
* act as region expert on parts competitors and GE programs to beat the competition
* act as region expert on PRIXEL software application to analyze and set target price
* act as region expert on parts price deviation process ePD or its successor
* work as a local customer team for parts, internally aligned & directly connected with people (Sales Mgrs, TA's, Service Mgrs, QA's, OA's, shop personnel, etc.), processes (quoting, fulfilling, reporting, etc.) and systems/docs (Parts ERP&EDW, Parts Edge, COPICS, DART, PAC, inspection reports, TIL's, FMI's, DCI's, O&M manuals)
* manage parts quote support for assigned customers/geography
* for assigned geography, act as single point contact for parts matters for internal/external customers
* for assigned geography, support resolution of any CIR cases that involve parts
* for assigned geography, develop, expand and manage customer relationships for parts supply
* support LEAN activities to improve parts fulfillment for both ITO and OTR processes
Qualifications
* 4 Year college degree or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Computer tools.
* Demonstrated communication and organizational skills* Strong commercial background.
* Strong leadership skills
* Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision.
* Fluent in English Language
* Travel 20 to 30% of the time
Desired
* Customer Service experience.
* Technical degree and familiarity with the Energy Industry.
* Six Sigma trained and certified Green/Black Belt (GE Employee only).
* Proficiency in Oracle OSBC.
* Other European Language capability
