Responsibilities

Position will act as the lead for a CDE´s Team, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the CDE Team and include:

* Level II contact for complex customer/client escalation issues and solve in support of the CDE´s team. assist in resolving problems and providing clarity when needed.Be able to act as a working Customer Care Representative supporting sales teams and customers in all areas of customer care support and leading by example

* Work closely with cross functional areas to improve processes, maintain data, and work on team projects.

* Reporting of Customer Care metrics. (NPST)



Provide leadership, communication, coaching, and development to CDE group

Prepare and deliver individual and team performance reviews, and corrective action as necessary

Identify and address training and development needs

Uphold GE Corporate Policy

Support the promotion of high involvement of all team members, involving team members in setting team goals and objectives Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned



Qualifications

* Business Management / Industrial Engineering Degree

* Minimum 4 years in Financial customer service areas

* Leasing and Fleet products Knowledge

* Fluent English / Spanish
