Fast Dolphin is an ERP consulting company, based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, offering our services to large corporations throughout the US and Latin America. Right now, our client is in the need for a Project Manager for an internal implementation in Latin America.

The project manager will be responsible for managing the roll-out in Mexico, and will be directly aligned with the client on all of the tasks outlined below:

• Study and understand client's Latin America business strategy and project scope to frame project work accordingly and manage any possible changes

• Define, assign project tasks to the project team (formed by business users) ensuring the work is completed on time and within budget

• Apply Change Management experience to communicate, involve all players and ensure successful implementation

• Oversee a cross functional project team, constantly monitoring project activity progress

• Define and manage the overall project plan

• Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues

• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks

• Ensure all project deliverables are met within accepted quality standards

• Proactively communicate project information and status to all stakeholders, project sponsors and team members

This contract-based position is based in Mexico City, Mexico, but may require travel to other countries. The assignment starts in November 2008 and will last for 5-6 months. We need candidates with prior Project Manager experience and excellent English skills. PMI Certification highly desired.
