Job Description: 
Plans and manages a small sales team that sells technical and specialized products or services the achieve product or service line revenue goals.  The sales team managed supports and sells in conjunction with the account-assigned sales force.  Develops and support the closing of significant sales of technical and specialized products or services.  Guides subordinate staff in maximizing their technical product and service knowledge and optimizing communications and relationships with customers interested in the product or service line

 
Responsibilities:

o Manages sales, forecasting and sales administration activities to achieve or exceed top line goals / forecasts for assigned product or service line:

o Revenues, participation revenues, modules, upgrades, new products, services

o Manages the collection of field and competitive intelligence to support regular product or service line sales forecasting activities as well as product development activities; summarizes findings and submits to executive management

o Manages timely and accurate recognition of revenue and sales data collection and reporting

o Responds to complex problems that may affect product or service line sales to customers and works with Account Executives (both Product Line and account-assigned), customers and regulators to ensure their rapid resolution

o Monitors selling expenses to ensure cost effective operations of the team managed

o Regularly monitors and adjusts the activities of Account Executives managed to achieve product line goals, e.g.,

- Supports or leads the development and closing of sales
- Coaches on how to approach / what to offer customers
- Coaches on maintaining relationships with account-assigned Account Executives
- Ensures the ongoing education and training regarding emerging products and
      services

o Develops and participates in the closing of sales of technical or specialized products or
services with key customers


Qualifications:

o Recognized as an operational and tactical sales leader with advanced in-depth competence in planning and selling technical or specialized products or services in support of a          multi-product sales force
o Has advanced in-depth technical and requirements knowledge of product or service line sold
o Has advanced in-depth knowledge of the competitive and regulatory landscape and of current competitive trends for the product or service line
o Is an experienced manager with advanced in-depth management skills
o Typically has 7 to 10 years of experience in technical or specialized gaming products or service sales
o Typically has 3 to 5 years management experience
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
