·         Responsible for the past due collection and maintenance of associated lines of business (Relationship, PAI, etc.)

·         Establish the organizational structure, policies and procedures for the assigned business.

·         Establish short and long-term plans and strategies for collections within the business.

·         Direct the efforts of subordinates in the collection of past due accounts.

·         Periodic travel to customer locations to assist with onsite problem resolution and process improvement.

·         Provides coaching and career development guidance to subordinate supervisors.

·         Frequent executive interaction and presentation.

·         Seek continuous process improvement opportunities.

·        
Applies advanced skills/ competencies and generally adapts procedures,
techniques and tools under very minimal supervision. Possess advanced
understanding of and ability to communicate business objectives and
goals. Executes strategic initiatives by motivation and example.

·         Needs to be fluent in English

·         Experience with Six Sigma Process Improvement.
