RESPONSBILTIES:

• In conjunction with Mexico Management Team, develop and implement a top level security program.


• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.


• Conduct risk assessments


• Monitor HR compliance with pre-employment screening for Dell employees and contractors.


• Manage contract security personnel.


• Development of a quarterly CSA program for all airline and 3pl facilities.


• Develop in-country relationships with airlines, bonded warehouses and 3pl facilities/security management teams.


• Liaison with local law enforcement.


• Establish a professional relationship with  organizations dedicated to countering cargo crime (customs officials, police agencies, etc).


• Conduct investigations as required and coordinate findings with corporate investigations team in Austin.


• Work closely with Customer Care and other segments to handle any threatening calls.


• Develop and maintain relations with police jurisdictions in all areas of responsibility.


• Develop contingency plans for emergency situations.


• Develop and implement logistics security program.


• Maintain relationships with building security and facilities management.


• Travel within the region to support the logistics security program will be required.


• Support Executive Protection (EP) Team when necessary.


• Support EHS program.    

BADGING/KEY RETENTION/ ACCESS CONTROL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage ID badge program for all new hires and contractors.


• Provide appropriate access levels to all employees and contractors.


• Ensure compliance with all policies and practices related to access controls.


• Work closely with the local Lenel vendor to ensure technical security implementation is in compliance with corporate standards.
