Responsibilities
* Own the Direct and Indirect Purchasing process and corresponding applications* Lead Corporate Train activity for Lighting and Industrial Businesses* Develop sourcing digitization projects to improve buyer productivity through VOC input from Sourcing Organization* Drive digitization tools with Sourcing suppliers and Global Commodity Leaders (GCLs)* Work closely with Information Technology and functional teams to ensure all projects are executed using e-tollgate process

Qualifications
* Demonstrated project execution results and success in driving cross-functional process improvement* Able to energize and influence cross-functional teams utilizing strong communications skills* Ability to prioritize opportunities, develop strategy for executions and deliver program results within deadlines* Can do attitude - willing to pitch in and help where needed; Team player, self-directed and self-motivating* Green Belt Certified* Degree required; Technical degree desired
Desired
* Prior Sourcing, Digitization Project Leader, or Information Technology experience* Understanding of sourcing, receiving, invoicing and/or accounts payable processes* Black Belt Certified.
