Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field study. And Master degree.
Minimum of 6 years of HR Management experience in a manufacturing enviroment, with emphasis in employee relations.
Responsable for HR practices in: Employee relations, Recruiting & Staffing, training, relocationcompensation, policy implementation, organization development, talent management and performance management.
Interpretation and administration of collective agreements, handling of grievances and assisting with bargaining.
Conduct annual salary surveys, analyze compensations and make recommendations based on market information.
Manage the performance management to include performance objectives, mid-year reviews, calibration sessions, employee ratings and distribution.
