Responsibilities
*Record WA's in the MCC System following the Customer Parameters and Criteria.
*Review and approve the WA's with Customers and suppliers
WA's follow up providing to the customers a high service level meeting the CTQs everytime.
*Permanent Suppliers' evaluation with Sourcing Area in order to mantain the best suppliers in the industry.
*Indentify and proper follow up of Vehicle and P&I Warranties with Car Makers and Services provided by Suppliers.
*Proactive analisys of Repairing Expenses in order to provide the right assessment to our customers .
*Keep a permanent communication with customers identifying opportunities
*Produce technical reports including a deep analysis and recommendations to Customers' Fleet Administrators
*Proper follow up to Preventive Maintenance Schedules on every Fleet Customer
Qualifications
Skills:
*Customer Service Oriented
*Suppliers support from Service Center
*Data Bases knowledge - Spreadsheets handling
*Negotation Skills
*IT Savy
Experience:
*Bachelor Degree - Mechanical/Engineering
*ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification
*2 years of proffesional experience: mechanical counsel, automotive counsel, customer service
*Managing of databases in excel (access, SQL or similar a plus)
