Responsibilities
*Work closely with customers to identify CTQs.
*Drive Customer Value and Contractual Services initiatives.
*Interface with ITO and Risk teams for new customer opportunities.
*Execute contracts to achieve Financial Operating Plan.
*Order/track/validate Billing for major/minor maintenance parts and services requested by the customer.
*Margin Review data collection and reconciliation.
*Provide information and drive sales regarding the latest advancements in conversion, modification, & upgrade opportunities to owner & as well as other up selling opportunities.
*Maintain unit operating history & parts life history on commercially available software.
*Maintain record of parts (by model & serial number) currently installed in each unit.
*Drive teamwork with Energy Service P&L's.
*Support customer in forced, unplanned and planned unit outages.
*Strong business/financial skills, prior experience with financial applications and GECARS a plus.
*Strong working knowledge of GE support network and the ability to effectively navigate through the support organization to accomplish required tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
*BSME/BSEE degree or equivalent engineering experience.
*Minimum of 5 years power generation experience (Operations/Maintenance/Installations)
*Demonstrated knowledge of gas turbine and steam turbine technology.
*Demonstrated effective communication, organizational, and time management skills.
*Fluent in Spanish and English language (written and spoken)
*Very high degree of proficiency with computer programs and tools (MS Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
Desired
*Sales experience
*Advanced degree (MS, MBA).
*Direct customer interface experience.
*G/T Field Engineering Program (FEP)
*Successful P&L experience.
*Contracts experience
*Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (GE employees only).
*7FA Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine and BOP knowledge.
*Thorough Power Plant Controls knowledge.
*Strong business/financial skills.
*Strong interpersonal skills.
*Demonstrated management experience.

This position will support multiple Contractual Services sites in Mexico with the primary work location and customer site located in Monterrey, Mexico.
