Responsibilities
* Maintain compliance with GE, Federal, State and local EHS regulations.* Coordinate and conduct employee EHS training* Lead EHS business and federal compliance site audits.* Ensure resolution and effective closure of all regulatory findings within set time frames.* Ensure all GE required tools, programs and management systems are properly implemented, comprehensive and up to date.* Promote a positive EHS culture at all levels of the organization.* Provide leadership and technical expertise in EHS to site leadership and employees to implement best in class programs.* Maximize site performance in meeting EHS goals.* Participate in GE EHS conference calls, meetings, teams, and task forces in order to proactively share best practices across the entire region.* Participate on GE EHS cross audit teams.* Develop and manage EHS program budget for the entire region.* Provide guidance and direction for the site leadership.

Qualifications
Studies: Ø Bachelor Degree in Environmental, Chemistry, Engineering or a related technical degree
Experience: Ø Minimum of 5 + years EHS experienceØ Expert knowledge in federal regulationsØ 3 + years international program management
Languages: Ø Bilingual: Spanish and English
