Responsibilities
- Review of integrity related terminations, policy violations guidance and application of policies and employment regulations.
- Ownership for GE Money Mexico S&L training.
- Support acquisition integration and start up initiatives related to Compliance, policies & practice alignment.
- Primary contact for Global Ombuds office on GE Money Mexico Ombuds concerns.
- Interface with Corporate Audit Staff, Legal and Compliance departments on Spirit and Letter Integrity investigations
- Ownership for the GE Money Mexico Ombuds network including assigning Ombuds, concerns, tracking open issues and providing guidance to Ombudsman across the business.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the Ombuds network and processes.
- Document concerns appropriately and maintain hard copy and database updates of concerns.
- Maintain escalated employee concern tracking, analyze trends and initiate responsive action plans with functional managers as appropriate.
- Own/Lead Quaterly Ombuds - Compliance Calls
- Cooperate with Compliance projects and initiatives.
- Lead all ombuds communications within GE Money Mexico.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- University Degree.
- 5+ years of working experience in an international company. Previous experience in Compliance is a plus.
- Active, open and patient listener.
