Responsibilities
- Manage Staffing CoE operation across the LatAm region
- Develop and deliver on strategy for delivering projected positions
-Deal with candidate and client issues to ensure successful closure
-Create an SLA to cover key deliverables to client; drive closure and delivery on current vacancies according to target turnaround times
-Ensure GE Preferred Suppliers are used and where necessary negotiate new supplier relationships; drive these relationships to ensure they are working effectively
- Manage Staffing CoE Budget
Provide Leadership & Expertise
-Educate and coach Line Managers & HRMs on staffing process; develop in-house skill sets - interviewing skills, selection techniques etc.; ensure all employees involved in selection have been trained -Drive to maximize the use of Web advertising, CV Mining, Referrals and other direct sourcing techniques; minimize the reliance on third party agencies
Recruit for the Future
-Improve the image of GE Lat Am to be an 'Employer of Choice' and viewed as 'One GE´-Develop an external candidate database of 'top talent' and ensure existing talent with in GE is effectively used
-Develop and manage recruitment programs, including campus internships, assessment centers (job fairs, tradeshows etc.)

Qualifications
-Recruitment experience is essential, ideally with some recruitment experience internal or/and external to GE, whether in an in-house recruitment team or recruitment agency;
-Proven experience driving projects from inception to completion;
-Demonstrable track record of using imagination and a full range of recruitment techniques to identify talented candidates quickly and cost effectively;
-Change management skills - to drive change in an organization
-Communication skills- to manage through influence;
-Organization skill- to work under pressure and independently;
-Fluent in English and Spanish; -Portuguese Desired
