Technical skills-proven expertise in any of the following technologies/skill sets is necessary: o open systems: c, c++, ibm-aix, unix. o web technologies: java, j2ee, jsp, struts, swing, xml, weblogic. o microsoft technologies: .net, c#, vb, asp, iis, mts, vc++, pl / sql. o ibm mainframes/ as400: cobol, cics, ims/db2, assembler, endeavor, jcl. o datawarehousing / business intelligence: informatica, abinitio, cognos, bo, microstrategy. o others: flash Experience Required : · ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables. · minimum 9 years experience in reputed software companies. · strong foundation in sdlc concepts & exposure to quality processes. · proven project lead expertise & excellent communication skills. • exposure to pre-sales and proposal making activities in a similar role essential.
