The purpose of this position is to:

· Provide sound systems solutions for all business requirements related to Operations in General and specifically Quality, Leaf, Product Development, and Engineering.                      · Act as liaison between the global IS team and local process owners for the implementation of systems solutions related to the above areas.                                                               · Be aligned with IS global strategies                                                                                · Coach resources with less seniority in the cluster on project management and service management matters.

Your mayor chalenges would be to:

1. Build strong liaisons with IS colleagues in the Cluster and Region, a good communication network with the global IS functions and a partnership relationship with the business functions he/she works with.                                                                                                        2. Develop a deep knowledge of the systems portfolio global, regional and ensure that the team is positioned to deliver quality service on time and budget, adhering to PMPM Methodology.                                                                                                               3. Identify and position correctly market needs so that they are covered in the global system solutions related with the scope of this position.                                                               4. Develop his/her team (other LA North Cluster resources), ensuring adequate communication, knowledge sharing and team building.
