Main Responsibilities and functions:
· Manage volume and revenue growth for the performance territory in accordance with business plan.
· Provide accurate sales forecasts.
· Develop and implement market high margin growth strategy
· Understand competitors strengths/weaknesses in the area and incorporate in territory strategy
· Key success factors include ability to identify and close new business, networking, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
· Strong growth focus with incentive provides for achievement of goals
Skills and knowledge required:
· Bachelors Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering)
· 3-5 years Commercial Experience, in plastics or related industries
· Excellent communication and ability to close new business (Negotiation Skills)
· Team Player Position
· Will require intensive travel to Reynosa and Matamoros as required by customers
· Fluent in English
